Joann Lynch is the Vice President of Client Services at EPI (Empowering Performance Inc). She joined EPI after running a successful learning solutions business that developed custom eLearning solutions for national and international customers across a wide range of industries. She has a strong background in instructional design, eLearning, project management, change management, organizational development, and training. In addition to an M.Ed. in Learning Technologies, Joann has certificates in synchronous learning design, technical writing, organizational development, and change management. She is also an accomplished facilitator and speaker. Joanne’s in-depth knowledge and broad experience give her the insight to think through solutions to meet every client’s unique needs.
