Today’s workplace brings together employees from multiple generations, each with their own values, communication styles and expectations. Too often, we rely on stereotypes that oversimplify or divide us, instead of learning how to leverage differences as strengths. In this interactive workshop, participants will look beyond the labels to explore what really matters in cross-generational collaboration. Through discussion and a hands-on activity, you’ll gain practical strategies for building trust, improving communication, and creating a culture where every generation can contribute with integrity.

Learning objectives:

  • Identify common myths and stereotypes about generational differences in the workplace
  • Recognize the real gaps that create tension and the opportunities they present for growth
  • Apply practical strategy to improve communication and collaboration across generations
  • Develop action steps to build more inclusive, resilient, and high-trust teams
