Karen is passionate about training and development and has been active in the industry for over 16 years. She enjoys improving employee engagement and helping others with career development. Karen has an MBA from the University of North Dakota and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration-Marketing from Bemidji State University. Originally from Malaysia, Karen now lives in the Twin Cities with her husband and three children.
