About the Presenters: Kate Hoelscher is a remote Senior Learning & Development Consultant at Sun Life, previously working at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota and CentraCare Health. She has consulted on and developed a variety of learning solutions, including virtual and online training. She graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Master of Business Administration degree.

Karl Noot is an Instructional Designer at Hillrom, a company that makes hospital beds, health care equipment, and medical technology systems. Previously, he worked for 11 years at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota supporting the Customer Service area as a Learning Consultant. He also has worked for the Minnesota Office of the Attorney General and the Department of Human Services in several regulatory roles. He graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Master of Science degree in Psychology–Behavior Analysis and from Gustavus Adolphus College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and General Music.
