HOW TO EMBED COMPANY-WIDE INITIATIVES AND VALUES INTO YOUR EDUCATION (JANNA DORMAN)

In this presentation, you’ll learn how you can integrate company-wide initiatives into every learning solution you create. You’ll learn what it takes to connect broad initiatives to specific learning solutions you create. You’ll also learn how to get stakeholder and subject-matter-expert buy-in and how to build processes and templates into your standard work so that anyone on your team can support this work.

BUILDING Web STORIES for learning (ANDREA ARMAGOST)

“Web stories” have been popping up everywhere lately – on social media, news sites, and blogs. In this session, we’ll take a look at some examples of this newer content format, share some practices for creating them, and build one together using a free framework. Finally, we’ll brainstorm how web stories can be applied in the learning and development field. Attendees will receive a link to download the files from the session.

When Legrand AV migrated over 120 online courses into a new LMS there were tons of decisions to make. The most challenging of these included how to categorize our course catalog and label those categories in ways that were clear to both customers and the sales team. And yikes, this was during a pandemic!
